Busy, Busy, Busy

Yeah, that is what I am. I belong to an organization here where I live and our biggest fundraiser each year is a Labor Day BBQ, so I've been swamped this week trying to get a TON of stuff done for the upcoming weekend. Stuff I should have done before now, but with my grandmother's illness and death, I really haven't thought much about. So, if you are wondering where I am, then that is where.
I promise to have pics up of the Ladybug's birthday party next week. And also of her cheering debut tomorrow night. She is so so so precious in her little uniform. So look for some great pictures NEXT week. This week, I just don't have the time.
I'll see you all on Tuesday if not before. Hope everyone has a great and safe Labor Day weekend!

Thank You

A heartfelt thanks to each of you for your kind words and thoughts and prayers during my grandmothers illness and death. I *heart* each of you.

I am doing better, I am honestly just so glad that she is finally at peace and is no longer suffering.

We went ahead with the Ladybug's b'day party this weekend, so I'll have pics up from that soon.

Again, thank you so much. You have no idea how much it meant to me.

Rest In Peace

We lost my grandmother at 7:56 pm tonight. She went peacefully. I think the funeral will be on Sunday.
Thanks to all of you for the love you have shown me this week. It has meant so much.

I don't want to talk about it

My grammy is still, for some reason, hanging on. The stress of it all is really starting to take it's toll. And the hubster is out of town tonight and tomorrow. I need some sleep. I don't know when I am going to get it. The Hospice nurse can't believe that she is still here. Hell, we can't believe she is still here. At this point I am praying for God to just take her. I cannot bear to see her the way she is, suffering, for much longer. Anyway, that's it. That's why I've been MIA. And really, I just don't want to talk about it anymore.

WOW

I'll give you all the good news first. I had an absolute BLAST at the Kenny Chesney concert on Friday night. The man was looking absolutely FABULOUS and he puts on an AWESOME show. You were so right Chesney, hanging in the Sandbar was great! We had a blast. I bet I took over 100 photos, but these are all Blogger has decided that ya'll can see. Don't hate me, hate the whore blogger. Anyway...on with the pics:
For Veronica, here's your picture of Dierks Bentley. He was amazing as well. He looked pretty damn good too. Sorry for the photo quality, you know sometimes my little "point and click" digital camera sucks. I did however put the camera of my dreams (well right now anyway) on layaway last week. She'll be mine soon.
This is actually at the end of the show, but Blogger sucks and loaded it here. Yeah, the Tennessee cup went over really BIG in Alabama. Roll Tide Kenny, Roll Tide. (he heard A LOT of that when he brought out the Big Orange cup. I hate the Big Orange.)
Kenny's ASS. You know I had to get a picture of it.
See, how freaking hot is he? Man, I was in heaven. He TOUCHED MY HAND and signed my t-shirt. I seriously almost SHIT myself. Thanks for the tip on bringing something for him to sign Chesney.
It was an AMAZING time. And given all the shit that has been going on with me lately a much needed night out. Big thanks to my sweetie K for driving my drunk ass home. Beer+Kenny=a great night for me!
~~~
On to other news (the bad news)......
The hospice nurse gave us a timeline of 3-5 days on my grandmother yesterday. At this point, I just don't want to see her suffer as she is anymore. Again, thanks ya'll for the love you've sent my way. My IRL and Blogger friends have been such a blessing to me these past few weeks. It is amazing the strength that you can gather from others.
Friday...Friday....FRIDAY!
(BLOGGER is a whore and will not let me load photos....so you will not get to see photos of the HOTNESS* that I am going to see in like 5 hours.....jealous yet Chesney?)
Anyway, because I am going to see said HOTNESS*, I am much to excited to focus on a post or work or anything other than the fact that I am going to be soooo fucking close to HOTNESS* tonight. I'll be in the sandbar, because I am a lucky ass bitch and I won freaking tickets from the radio station here. I totally rock. (actually I have never won shit before this, but if I had to pick a time to win, well then shit, this would be it) I am "borrowing" this from Veronica. I also have just given her cart blanche with my blog, so somehow I'm thinking I will come back to a different look around here......
1. Your Rock Star name (first pet & current street name): Lucy Dutchbend (shit, that sucks ass...not gonna make it as a rock star!)
2. Your Movie Star name (grandfather / grandmother on your mom's side, your favorite candy): Frances Hershey (now that may have some staying power...sorta like a Grace Kelly or Greta Garbo or Marilyn Monroe don't ya think?)
3. Your Fly Girl / Fly Guy Name (first intial of first name, first two or three letters of your middle name): S-Tan (what the? yeah, totally fly)
4. Your Detective Name (favorite color, favorite animal): Purple Panda (ha! operation Purple Panda is in effect....yeah, very sneaky huh?)
5. Your Soap Opera Name (middle name, city where you were born): (ok, I go by my middle name so I'm bending the rules here and going with my first name instead) Sharon Montgomery (watch out Days of Our Lives...I'm on my way!)
6. Your Star Wars Name (the first 3 letters of your last name, first 2 letters of your first name, first 2 letters of your mom's maiden name and first 3 letters of the town you grew up in): MIDDSHDAPRA (what the?)
If you feel the need, please play along!
Happy Friday everyone.....I'm off to see some hotness*!
*duh...Kenny Chesney...tonight...BJCC.....Sandbar tickets.....OMG......
Thursday Thirteen #3
Since everyone is wrapping up their summers and school is getting back in session and all the "fall" activities are kicking into high gear (football season begins in.....17 days!) I've decided to do this week's Thursday Thirteen on places I would like to go on vacation. These are of course, if money was no object and I could stay there....and spend money and experience everything. Hence, this is my fantasy vacation list:
1. Greece-I want to go here and see all the Greek ruins and go to Athens. I would have loved to have gone when the Olympics were there.
2. Hawaii-I'd like to spend at least 2 weeks laying on a beach here. And touring volcanoes and going to luaus and drinking umbrella drinks.
3. Paris-the City of Lights. The most romantic city on earth. I want to tour all the museums and visit the Eiffel Tower.
4. New York City-I've actually been here, but only for a weekend. And if money were no object I would want to go and shop and shop and shop. I've seen the Statue of Liberty and have visited the World Trade Center before September 11, 2001. I would like to see it now. To see how things have changed.
5. Beverly Hills-namely Rodeo Drive. Again to shop. And to star stalk.
6. Switzerland-I love to snow ski (though I am not very good at it) and would love to ski in the Alps. And eat Swiss Chocolate. And have money in a Swiss bank account.
7. Miami-with money. To lay on the beach and go club hopping at night. I'd have to stay in a mansion and have a nice boat. And rent a nice car. (see money has to be NO object.)
8. The French Riveria-to party with all the beautiful, rich people. And to see what all the fuss is about.
9. London-There is something about it that makes me want to go visit there. I'm not sure what as it appears that it rains there A LOT and I don't really like rain, but maybe it's all the history.
10. Australia-and this is not so that I can see the Wiggles. I want to go here for at least a month so that I can visit all aspects of the country. The city and the outback.
11. Jerusalem-without the war. I want to walk the streets where Jesus once stood. There is so much rich history here for believers, how can you not want to go there and see it for yourself?
12. Aspen, Colorado-I've been to Colorado before, but I would like to be able to be a ski bum here for a while.
13. Cozumel, Mexico-the only one on my list that has any hope of coming true anytime in the near future. We are actually going here next year (already made the first payment on the trip!) and here I will spend an absurd amount of time laying by the pool drinking umbrella drinks and basically just being lazy. This will be nice.
So, did ya play?
Summer Anthem
From Chesney......
Your 2006 Summer Anthem Is
Hips Don't Lie by Shakira
"I'm on tonight
You know my hips don't lie
And I'm starting to feel it's right
All the attraction, the tension
Don't you see baby, this is perfection"
Lookie Chesney..we have the same one! I so love this song!
So, what was yours?
W.O.W.*
*Waste of Space Wednesday
Borrowing again from Kami....I give you another Waste of Space Wednesday. This week's recipient is the Montgomery County Public School system. They have lost not one, but two students this week as they got on buses to be taken home. One child was missing for over 2 hours. See that story here. There was not link to the other story, but both were on the news last night. How the HELL do you lose a child on a bus? As a parent, I would be going apeshit. Holy.Hell. Can you imagine?
~~~
My dad's cataract surgery went well yesterday. He says he can already see tons better and is constantly reading everything in sight as he has been having vision troubles for quite some time. Yay!
~~~
Because of Dad's cataract surgery yesterday I bowled for him in their league with my mom. We've taken the summer off from bowling but will return again next week for the winter. However, and this will mean nothing to you if you don't bowl, I picked up the 6,7,10 split last night. HOLY.SHIT. That would be the pin in the far left corner and the two pins in the far right corner. I bowl this shit often. I have never picked it up, until last night.
~~~
No change on my Grammy. We all agree that she is waiting on my aunt to be here on Friday. She asked yesterday 3 times while I was there (and it was a short visit) if it was Friday yet. Keep her in your prayers. And thanks so so much for all the kind words...I *heart* each of you. HUGE HUGS.
~~~
Oh, and a couple of people have asked about the Ladybug's b'day party invites. My mom actually came up with the saying so I guess she gets the goody bag. They turned out really cute. I'll have to take a pic and show them to you all, because all we have a work is a B & W scanner. Ya'll did have some good ideas though! Thanks!
~~~Happy Wednesday!~~~

I.AM.EXCITED!

And this is why..........

Those are pictures of the Alabama Crimson Tide taking the field for fall practice. WOW! Football season begins in 19 days. In Alabama, you are either an Auburn fan or you are an Alabama Fan. Obviously, I am an Alabama fan. I am however, married to an Auburn fan, which is a HUGE thing in Alabama. We have rules though. For starters, we NEVER watch the Alabama / Auburn game together. EVER. We might kill each other. Secondly, the winner is allowed only one smart ass comment after the game. Then we put it behind us. (well, given that Auburn, eww, has one the last 4 times in a row, it is not completely behind me, because well Bama better kick some ass this year.)
Alabama football is in my blood. I was raised an Alabama fan. And since my poor father had no boys to install his love of Alabama Football on, my sister and I got this instead. Not only do I love it, but I know it. I follow them year round. Scouting, recruiting, spring practice, fall practice, season, polls, National Championships....I KNOW Alabama Football.
I love football. I love fall. There is something about this time of year that just makes me excited. I do wish that it would cool off a bit, it's hard to be excited about all the awesome fall stuff when it is still 95 outside, but I'm getting there. 19 days until kickoff time with Hawaii.
ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!!

*oh and Alabama's Head coach is pretty good looking too......

Grammy Update

It will not be long now until my grandmother passes away. We went over there yesterday and it kills me to see her this way. She is so helpless and dependant on others and that is not the way she ever lived. She is the most fiercly independent woman I know. It pains me to see her have to rely on someone to help her do everything. She spends most of her time in her bed, and hospice is coming today to deliver her hospital bed. It really won't be long, and I have, after sitting with her yesterday accepted that fact. She told me she loved me and that she was ready to go be with her family in heaven. My selfishness is gone. I don't want to see her this way anymore. I do hope that she will hang on long enough to see her other daughter (who lives in Missouri and will be here on Friday). I've come to peace with her passing. It doesn't make it any easier and it doesn't make me any less sad, but after seeing her yesterday I know that she is ready. Please remember to keep my family in your prayers. I'll update you all again soon.

I hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend.....ours was rather uneventful. Have a great Monday!

Nothing Much to Blog About

I don't have much to blog about today. I wish I did, because then this would not be such a boring ass post. You could probably stop reading right now and not miss much.

Let's see........did I tell ya'll that the Ladybug is going to be a termite cheerleader at her new school? We got the uniform yesterday, thank GAWD for used ones......it cost 1/2 as much, and ya'll she is precious! I'll get a pic up soon. She's thrilled about this activity, though I'm not sure she really knows what a "cheerleader" is supposed to do. She runs around and says "Go! Go! Go!" a lot.
She's also doing dance again this year, starting in a couple of weeks. Thank GAWD for my mom who is helping me out with this. Last year the dance studio ran a bus to her daycare to pick them up. They still run that bus there, but don't run one to her new school, too far out or something along those lines, so my mom is going to go pick her up every Tuesday and deposit her at dance for me. If my mom couldn't do this, then the Ladybug would not be able to take dance this year, and because of the wonderful time she had last year, I'm glad that it didn't come to that.
Shit, did anyone else see Big Brother last night? Did you know that Erica had her HOH revoked? And now Janelle is HOH? I hate Janelle. She needs to go. Guess it won't be this week.
See, sorry this is the shittiest post ever. I shouldn't have wasted your time.
Have a great weekend!

Thursday Thirteen #2!

*once again, stupid Blogger will not let me upload a cutsie Thursday Thirteen picture here....CRAP!*
It's time for Thursday Thirteen again! In keeping with last week's theme here, today I give you thirteen television shows that I love to watch. Some of these are now only seen in reruns or on my DVD player, but they are still awesome and I still love them!
1. Grey's Anatomy-I cannot wait for September to see who Meredith chooses.....I love this show. I'm not normally a big "medical show" person, but the drama outside of the OR pulled me in on this one!
2. Entourage-When Sex and the City said bye bye to HBO, I wondered what I was going to do on Sunday nights. This took it's place. 1 movie star and his band of friends along for the ride. And duh, Adrian Grenier is so freaking hot.
3. Sex and the City-I now own all seasons on DVD. I love this show. I watch it on DVD when there is nothing good on TV, and I usually end up watching reruns on Wednesday nights on TBS. I always thought they had such cool lives, 4 single women in NYC without real jobs (ok, so Miranda was an attorney, but did you ever see her really WORK?)
4. Big Brother-this is my summer guilty pleasure. I can't wait to see if it's Kaysar or James getting the boot tonight. And the evil Dr. Will has them all fooled, he's gonna win again.
5. Friends-another show in which I have all the DVD's, minus season 4 (so if you need a gift idea for me...) I love this show. You can see it still just about everyday on at least 3 channels in reruns, but I was sad when it ended, though I think they wrapped it all up in a neat little bow.
6. Oprah-I use my DVR everyday to record her shows when they are new. I just love her.
7. Extreme Makeover, Home Edition-I cannot watch these shows without crying at least once during the episode. The transformations are amazing and the families are so deserving. Plus, Ty Pennington.
8. Numbers-I didn't think I would like this show, because well it is about MATH, and well, I hate MATH, but I love it. I love how they take mathematical principals and apply them to help the FBI catch criminals. Yeah, sometimes the stuff flies over my head (and annoys the hubby because he has to explain it to me) but it it is still an awesome show.
9. Beverly Hills 90210-I know, cheesy. But how can you not love this show? In what other high school would the nerd (Andrea) and the homecoming queen (Kelly) hang out together? I really like the later episodes (college and beyond) and wonder how many times Kelly had a drug addiction problem? And to end it all with David and Donna married? Perfecto!
10. CSI: Vegas (the original baby)-Don't you wish all heinous crimes were solved so quickly? One hour and the guy is toast.
11. American Idol-I love to watch from the horrible auditions (seriously, do those people really think they can sing?) to the end (Soul Patrol! Soul Patrol!) and everything in between. I'm also a dork and I vote.
12. Las Vegas-really, only so I can watch Josh Duhamel on screen for 1 hour each week. The shows pretty good too.
13. The Sopranos-Another HBO goodie. Plus there is something strangely appealing about Tony. Is it the money? The power? Who knows.

HELP WANTED. CREATIVITY A MUST.

Ok Bloggers....I need your help. The Ladybug's 4th birthday is coming up soon and I am trying to finish up the preperations for her party. I've gotten everything in order, cake ordered, party favors done.......my problem? I can't for the life of me come up with anything cutsie to put on her invitations. I ordered the invitations and they are precious. They have flip flops on them. I've done a whole flip flop theme for the party which will be held in my mom's backyard and will have blow up pools, sprinklers and water balloons. I cannot though come up with a cutsie little saying to invite people to the party. I need help. BADLY. So, I'm asking ya'll to help. If you come up with something awesome for the party (and I need the info ASAP as the invites need to go out NLT Monday).....I will send you your very own flip flop goodie bag.....so ladies, put your creativity hats on and help me. Reward offered.
*leave your suggestions in comments or email me directly at bamagal316@yahoo.com. If I choose your idea (and believe me, since I can't come up with anything on my own, I'm gonna choose one of yours I hope) I will email you and send you a loverly flip flop filled prize basket, in keeping with the theme of Ladybug's party.
Ed to add: I have all the activities taken care of, and I have the actual card stock invitations. What I need is help coming up with a cute phrase to go on the invitations...you know a fancier (cuter) way of saying "please come to my party, such and such date, such and such time, at such and such place". I know you creative geniuses out there can come up with SOMETHING!

The First Day of School!

Well, the Ladybug and I both survived her first day at preschool. She had a blast! She talked non stop last night about all the fun she had and how much she loved her new school. Her teacher told me that it was one of the best first days of school she had ever had, that the class just "gelled" well together. There are 8 kids in her class (OMG...I LOVE this) and get this, there are 7 girls and one poor little boy! Her teacher did tell me that she thought they were going to get a new student, and that it would be a boy. The cap on the class is 10 though. So they can only get 2 more students. How nice is that? You know what else I love about this school (besides the fact that it is like right at 300 students TOTAL in K3-12)? I love that they start each day with the Pledge of Allegiance, being sure to remember the "Under GOD" part and also have a bible verse that they learn each week, because they start each day with a devotion. I am a firm believer that more prayer in schools is the best thing for our children. Hence, one of several reasons why the hubster and I decided to pay for our child's education, rather than take advantage of the free public school system. I have several friends t hat teach in the school system here, and I know that our area has an excellent public school system. But sometimes, you get what you pay for.
Anyway...(stepping off of my soap box now) here are the pics from the Ladybug's first day of preschool........
Here is the Ladybug and "C", who was also in her class at daycare. I love that they each had a buddy to make the transition easier on each of them!
Here's the Ladybug, "C" & "H" and their teacher Mrs. C. Don't they all look happy? (well, maybe not H so much)
Alli and C again, Alli really like the stethoscope, could a medical degree be in her future?
The Ladybug and C again....they are so so cute together!
And here's the Ladybug and C reading....
All in all it was a great first day! She got a smiley face on her behavior calendar! We got a lot of information that I need to sort through and lots of things to sign up for. One of the joys of a private school is that if it gets done there then the parents do it. You have to jump right in with both feet, but this is just right up my alley! I love being involved in things, I even signed up to be a room mother. Go me!

Mommy's Big Girl

Today the Ladybug officially started preschool. Yeah, she's gone to daycare since she was 8 weeks old, but today I took her to the school where she will eventually graduate from high school. She of course, was FINE. I on the other hand, was a complete basket case. I kept it together for her, but I had to have a moment before driving off to work. How can my precious baby girl actually be big enough to be going to big school? I'm thrilled that we decided to go ahead and let her start 3K here and that some of the kids in her class will be with her in 20 years when they graduate from high school, but OMG...my baby is at school. I am counting the minutes (it's 162 minutes, just in case you were wondering) until it is time to leave here and pick her up, I am so excited to hear about her first day....
What about ya'll? Did you have the same feelings when you took your kids to school that first day? I know that all of this is perfectly normal, but hey, what can I say, I need the reassurance!
(160 minutes! Yippie!)

It's Wiggle Time!

Ok, so last Friday, I took the Ladybug to see The Wiggles in Birmingham. I really should have done this post sooner, but I honestly have not had the time, and somehow it was much easier to gripe this week...anyway, we had an AWESOME time. Our seats were front row center. You could not have had a better seat in the house. Big props to my SIL for coming through with the tickets at the last minute. Anyway...on to the trip

This is the Ladybug in the car on the way up. She's checking out the red rose we bought for Dorothy the Dinosaur (you see, red roses are Dorothy's favorite!)

Alli and I waiting for the show to begin...big thanks to the man I did not know sitting beside us with his family who took our picture!
Toot Toot Chugga Chugga! Here come The Wiggles......(I am zoomed in on this pic...be seriously as the Ladybug said "The Wiggles are RIGHT THERE Mommy!")
Sorry for the blurriness of this pic....time to wake up Jeff AGAIN!
Wake Up Jeff!
Dorothy the Dinosaur.....
Alli giving Dorothy her red rose, and telling Anthony Wiggle her name so that he then said "Hello Alli". She was so excited! The Wiggles said her name!
Are these some wacked out looking fish or what?
Swim like a fish, swim like a fish!

We had so much fun! Alli was way impressed! She was on the big screen like 3 times! How cool is that?

~~~~
On a side not, how could you people have never heard of the movie Shag? Seriously, go rent it!
~~~~

The Ladybug starts real preschool on Monday. Today is her last day at the daycare she has gone to since she was 8 weeks old. I'm so not sure I am ready for this.

~~~~
My grandmother has been put in the hospital. Please keep her and my family in your prayers. Your kind words throughout this whole thing have meant so so much to me! I *heart* you all!
Thursday Thirteen!
(I tried loading one of the cutsie little Thursday Thirteen logos here, but Blogger sucks and it wouldn't load.....crap!)
Ok, so this week after reading several the blogs of several Thursday Thirteen participants, I've finally decided to join the fun. So what to do for that very first all important Thursday Thirteen? Why a list of Manic Mommy's Top 13 movies that I could watch over and over and over again. Enjoy!
1. The Notebook-I loved the book and I loved the movie. The hubster (who occasionally can be romantic) gave it to me for Valentine's Day this year. He has however, never actually watched the entire movie with me. Neverthemind. It is the best movie ever.
2. Shag-If you have never seen this movie, then you are missing out. It's the story of 4 girls who just graduated from high school who head to Myrtle Beach for one last fling before they head to college and one of them gets married. It's a story of friendship and love. I love this movie, plus the guy who plays Buzz is hot.
3. The American President-Everytime this movie is on regular TV I have to watch it. I own the DVD but I swear there is just something about it. "My name is Andrew Sheppard and I AM the President".
4. Walk the Line-I am a huge Reese Witherspoon fan, and her portrayal of June Carter Cash is so awesome. Hello, she didn't win an Oscar for nothin!
5. Sling Blade-Not real sure why I love this movie, but I do. Must be the frenched fried potaters with mustard.
6. Finding Nemo-Well see I have this 3 year old that lives in my house, and this happens to be her favorite movie as well. I could watch this movie over and over again.
7. How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days-Well for starters Mr. Matthew is in this movie, but besides the obvious, this is just an awesome "Chick Flick". I love it. Kate Hudson is so hilarious in it.
8. Sweet Home Alabama-as previously mentioned I am a huge Reese Witherspoon fan. And Dr. McDreamy is in it. And they don't have any clue what life in rural Alabama is really like (well I mean there are some people who are actually like her father & mother, but most of us are not quite that "southern"). It's fun to laugh at the stereotypes they come up with for people from Alabama. Seriously, we aren't all that dumb!
9. Legally Blonde-Reese again. And while I like (and own) both of the Legally Blonde movies, the first one is my favorite and the one I can watch over and over.
10. The Wizard of Oz-I love this movie. Always have. My sister gave me the DVD for my birthday a couple of years back.
11. Charlie & the Chocolate Factory-the original, not the weird, dark version Johnny Depp played in a couple of years back. I always wanted to go play in that candy garden and drink from the chocolate river.
12. Danielle Steele's Changes-yeah this is a made for TV movie based on one of her sappy novels, but for some reason I just love the movie. Maybe it's Cheryl Ladd. Or maybe it's Dr. H. Or maybe it's that I just like a good old fashioned happy ending. I don't know. I found it on DVD once and quickly snapped it up.
and finally. . . . . . . . .
13. Where the Heart Is-I love this movie. Incidentally it was also a book. Both are great. Natalie Portman and Ashley Judd are in it. As is Stockard Channing (well hello Rizzo). Such a great "down on her luck" story.
So, did ya play?
Waste of Space Wednesday
Taking a cue from Kami and her "Waste of Space Monday", I'm doing Waste of Space Wednesday in honor of the crazy woman (her name was not released or you can bet your ass I would call her out) in Memphis, Tennessee who left her 5 month old twin babies in a car yesterday while she was SHOPPING. (yes, you read that right, shopping, I guess that having to take 5 month old twins into the store was just too much for her to handle....WHATEVER). Thank GOD (and incidentally and totally unrelated I at first typed GOB, yeah, I have typing issues today) that some bystanders noticed the poor children, one of which had a blanket on its head and were able to reach into the cracked windows (because cracking the windows totally helps keep the babies cool) and got the babies out. People it was 98 degrees outside yesterday in Memphis. WHAT.THE.FUCK?
Also, in finding a link to this story, I found out that in Memphis there is apparently a problem with this shit. It has happened frequently. See story here. Again I say WHAT.THE.FUCK?
Bleh
*I should warn you blog people that I am in a foul mood today and the foul language is run amuck in this post. And because of my foul mood I tell you, if you can't handle the fuck word, then quit reading right fucking now*
If I had to describe my overall mood lately it wood be "bleh". As in WHAT THE FUCK? I've been in a funk since finding out about my grandmother and was way up when she decided to to the radiation to shrink the tumor in her brain. Well guess what? It's much easier to say that "it's her decision" when she makes the decision that I want her to make. She's decided NOT to have the radiation. She's just too tired to deal with it. Do I agree with her? HELL NO. Obviously, I am not over my selfishness yet. I'm just not ready to let go, and she obviously is. I respect that. Do I agree with it? No. But I respect that.
Also, the BITCH that I work with has been really pissing me off lately. I work in a small office, as in their are 4 of us TOTAL. We do not nor have we ever had set lunch times. And now all of a freaking sudden because I do not go at 11:30 on the fucking dot everyday, she's pitching a hissy fit. I.HATE.HER. I don't blog about her a lot, but damn it. I don't need this shit. I have enough going on without her fucking melodrama.
My shoulder hurts like a son of a bitch. I have no idea what I have done, but it's been like this for about a week. So what do I do? I call my doctor to get an appointment and of course, he's on fucking vacation. When can he see me? Next freaking week. Shit. So I handle the pain with Advil until then. I think it's a bone issue or maybe a muscle issue or maybe I'm not a doctor and I have no clue other than to realize that it hurst like shit. It starts in my shoulder but by the end of the day the pain is radiating down my arm. This is from the obsence amount of typing I do on a daily basis. Because aformentioned coworker is a piece of shit, Mr. Bossman gives me everything.
Ok, I shall quit now. I will not bitch anymore. See, because I'm going to a happy place. I am going to pretend that I am here again......
ahhhh........see much better. Care to join me?
